Golden Milk Recipe:
- 4 cups almond milk (blend 1 cup of almonds without skin with 3 cups of water)
- 3 dates pitted (or 1 tbsp Monkfruit)
- ¼ vanilla pod (optional)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon (or ½ cinnamon stick)
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Pinch of ground pepper or 2-3 peppercorns
- 1 inch fresh ginger or ¼ tsp if use ground
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 3 cloves
- Blend almond milk along with the rest of the ingredients on high for 2 min.
- Strain the golden milk, heat it and serve. Enjoy hot/warm.
