Golden Milk Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups almond milk (blend 1 cup of almonds without skin with 3 cups of water)
  • 3 dates pitted (or 1 tbsp Monkfruit)
  • ¼  vanilla pod (optional)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon (or ½ cinnamon stick)
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Pinch of ground pepper or 2-3 peppercorns
  • 1 inch fresh ginger or ¼ tsp if use ground
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 3 cloves

Instructions

  1. Blend almond milk along with the rest of the ingredients on high for 2 min.
  2. Strain the golden milk, heat it and serve. Enjoy hot/warm.
