What is it?

A juice detox program is a period when you drink juices or sometimes other clear liquids, like tea or broth that goes hand in hand withyour treatment.

Juicing is a process that extracts the juices from fresh fruits and vegetables.  The resulting liquid contains most of the vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and antioxidants naturally present in the whole fruit or vegetable.

It usually strips away most of the solid matter, including the seeds and pulp, from whole fruits and vegetables. What’s missing from juice is the fiber that’s found in the pulp and skin. While fiber is a healthy part of your diet, some people have digestive issues when they consume too much. Juicing gives your digestive system a rest and your body can absorb the nutrients faster.

Juicing method

We use the Cold-press method, where fruits and vegetables are crushed to obtain as much juice as possible. But guess what? you can also use a powerful blender (we used a Vitamix) and an strainer to obtain the juice if you don’t have a juicer machine.

it’s important to select quality ingredients for your recipes, we have chosen only organic fruits and vegetables.

Why juicing is good for me?

Along with diet, juicing has a powerful detox effect by using a combination of nourished and carefully selected vegetables and fruits evenly distributed through the day to help your body release toxins from tissues. Your liver is the main organ that processes toxins.

The goal is to promote balance in our body by restoring the liver and returning the metabolism to its normal state, this can be done by removing toxins from the body and building up the immune system. To support the detox process, we also incorporate coffee enemas.

Juicing helps:

  • Promote hydration.
  • Improve the digestive system.
  • Boost the immune system.
  • To remove toxins from the body.
