  • 1 ½ pounds baby red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped rosemary



  1. Preheat oven to 445 F. Toss potatoes with oil and season with, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt and rosemary.
  2. Spread out potatoes in a single layer and bake, stirring once or twice halfway through cooking, until potatoes are golden brown and crisp outside and soft inside, about 45 minutes.
