These super easy strawberry crumble bars are made with fresh strawberries (or you can also use any other berry you like). They are gluten-free and with no sugar added, which makes this dessert the perfect treat when you are craving something sweet but healthy.

Ingredients:
Dough
- 2/3 cups whole oats
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1/3 cup apple puree
- 1 tbsp monk fruit
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Cinnamon optional
Strawberry filling
- 1 cup diced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp monk fruit
- 1 tsp lime or lemon juice
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 360˚ F.
- Put the ingredients for the strawberry filling in a saucepan, bring to a boil, let simmer for 5-10 minutes and stir occasionally.
- Combine all ingredients for the dough in a bowl by using your hands.
- Press 2/3 of the dough evenly into a greased baking dish.
- Pour over the strawberry filling.
- Crumble the remaining 1/3 dough on top.
- Bake at 360˚ F for 20-25 minutes.
- Let it cool and cut.
