These super easy strawberry crumble bars are made with fresh strawberries (or you can also use any other berry you like).  They are gluten-free and with no sugar added, which makes this dessert the perfect treat when you are craving something sweet but healthy.

  • 2/3 cups whole oats
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup apple puree
  • 1 tbsp monk fruit
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Cinnamon optional


Strawberry filling



  1. Preheat the oven to 360˚ F.
  2. Put the ingredients for the strawberry filling in a saucepan, bring to a boil, let simmer for 5-10 minutes and stir occasionally.
  3. Combine all ingredients for the dough in a bowl by using your hands.
  4. Press 2/3 of the dough evenly into a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour over the strawberry filling.
  6. Crumble the remaining 1/3 dough on top.
  7. Bake at 360˚ F for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Let it cool and cut.
