Long-Term Monitoring and Support

Patients participate in a structured follow-up program that includes periodic evaluations, allowing physicians to monitor progress and refine home care therapies over time.

At Oasis of Hope, our relationship with patients doesn’t end when treatment concludes—it begins a lifelong partnership. Your healing journey continues after you return home, and our Follow-Up Program ensures that you remain supported, guided, and connected with the same level of care and attention you experienced during your stay.

Lifelong Support

Every patient treated at Oasis of Hope is enrolled in our Lifelong Follow-Up Program. We understand that recovery, remission, and long-term wellbeing require continued attention. That’s why our medical and support teams stay in touch—helping you maintain your progress, manage your health, and address any changes over time. Our philosophy is simple: once a patient, always part of the Oasis family.

Your Follow-Up Coordinator

Each patient is assigned a dedicated Follow-Up Coordinator who serves as the primary link between you and the medical team at Oasis of Hope.

Your coordinator will:

  • Check in with you every 2 to 4 weeks to see how you’re feeling and progressing
Assist in scheduling phone or Zoom consultations with your physician
Relay updates, lab results, or questions to your medical team
Help manage prescriptions, supplements, and protocol adjustments
Provide ongoing encouragement and guidance throughout your recovery

This personal connection ensures you are never navigating your healing alone.

Your Follow-Up Doctor

Along with your coordinator, you’ll also have a dedicated Follow-Up Physician—a doctor who knows your case in detail and continues to oversee your medical progress.

Your follow-up doctor will:

  • Review your ongoing lab work, imaging, and health updates
  • Provide detailed recommendations and treatment adjustments
  • Collaborate with your local healthcare providers when needed
  • Be available for scheduled phone consultations arranged through your coordinator

This continuity of care allows our medical team to monitor your progress, identify changes early, and ensure your protocol continues to meet your needs.

Communication & Coordination

Patients can contact their medical team at any time through their Follow-Up Coordinator, who serves as a direct bridge between you and the hospital.

This ensures that every message, question, and update reaches your doctor quickly and receives a timely, thoughtful response.

You’ll also receive ongoing guidance regarding:

  • Recommended lab tests and imaging to complete at home
  • Updates to your home care treatment
  • Lifestyle and nutritional adjustments as your body continues to heal

Our Commitment to You

The Follow-Up Program is one of the hallmarks of Oasis of Hope’s integrative approach—offering a level of ongoing connection rarely found in conventional medicine.

Whether you are months or years beyond your initial treatment, you will always have:

  • A real person to call when you have questions
  • A doctor who knows your history and continues to guide your care
  • A team invested in your long-term health and hope
